Humidors Wholesaler’s goal is for you to fully enjoy your humidor and cigar accessories. You must be fully satisfied with every cigar humidor, cigar accessory, the price and our service, or you get a full refund of the purchase price. Here’s how Humidors Wholesaler unconditionally guarantees your purchase. When you receive the humidors or accessories, you have one week to determine if you are satisfied. If you are not fully satisfied with the product, price, or with our service…for any reason…then just contact us at sales@humidorswholesaler.com and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be provided. Simply place this RMA number on the shipping box and send it back to us. A full credit of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges, will be issued upon us receiving the humidors or cigar accessories.

If you receive cigar humidors, cigar cutters, cigar cases, lighters or other cigar accessories that were damaged during shipment, immediately contact UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (depending on the carrier who delivered the box) and report it. After reporting the damage to the carrier contact us . We will promptly replace the shipment free of any charges to you.
